iOS 13 Updates for iPhone

Software Update to the Update?

My last post said to wait at least 24 hours to update. So far nothing has surfaced that is causing major issues.

If you haven’t updated to Apple’s latest iOS 13, you might want to wait anyways. Rumors have already started there may be a new iOS 13.1 available next week. If you want to wait, then you don’t have to do two updates so close together.

Apple typically doesn’t confirm this until the update is available. This is very common because you can test and test software and once it’s public, a glitch can be found. 🤷🏻‍♀️

What’s New in iOS 13?

Way too many things for me to cover here. I have found two resources to help us all muddle through this update.

Apple’s Link

Apple has a nice link for those who want to read about the updates. It’s listed by device so you can easily skip sections.

Reminder: to view in “reader mode” tap the double A in the website browser to see all available options.

9to5Mac YouTube Video

If you prefer to watch a video, 9to5Mac has a great one! It’s a little long, but I’d suggest at least listening because you never know! You might hear something you need or want to try. Plus, the video is visually appealing and easy to follow. You can stop, go back, or skip ahead too.
