Why Use Apple Pay? I’ll start off by saying using Apple Pay, in my opinion, is an awesome feature on iPhones, Macs, and Apple Watch. I use Apple Pay regularly. It’s convenient and more secure. Once you add your cards, you’ll find them in your “Wallet” app. Many people don’t like to add credit cards to their devices, but in my opinion, this one is the best options to avoid having your credit card number stolen. Hey Siri, Turn On the Flashlight! Yes, you can have Siri turn on or off your flashlight on your iPhone. One of the most recent things I’ve found that Siri can do for me. Siri has gotten faster and more fun to use. You can use even more complex statements like, text mom I’ll be over around 9 tonight. Or call mom on speaker! You can use Siri to set alarms, appointments, even reminders, “remind me to get gas when I leave work”. How cool is that? Here’s a previous post on using location based reminders you might like as … Continue reading 3 Easy Tips Using Siri
Old Update Pulled In October, Apple pulled the 5.1 update because it was “bricking” watches. Bricking means your watch (can actually happen to any device) just stops working in the process of updating. Here’s the previous post on the 5.1 update Do Not Update Apple Watch New Update Available The new 5.1.1 update is ready and I updated last week! I searched and didn’t find any issues that were being reported. There were several bug fixes and the Walkie Talkie app has been tweaked … Continue reading New Apple Watch 5.1.1 Update
