Is it the kids, your mom or dad, or work?  This tip will show you how to assign a specific ringtone and/or vibration to a contact.     Go to Contacts and select the person you want to change their ringtone option.   Choose “edit”. New Apple Watch 5.1.1 Update

Old Update Pulled In October, Apple pulled the 5.1 update because it was “bricking” watches.
