Hey Siri, Turn On the Flashlight! Yes, you can have Siri turn on or off your flashlight on your iPhone. One of the most recent things I’ve found that Siri can do for me. Siri has gotten faster and more fun to use. You can use even more complex statements like, text mom I’ll be over around 9 tonight. Or call mom on speaker! You can use Siri to set alarms, appointments, even reminders, “remind me to get gas when I leave work”. How cool is that? Here’s a previous post on using location based reminders you might like as … Continue reading 3 Easy Tips Using Siri

Do you use Apple’s “Clock” app on your phone as your alarm clock? Seems like the majority use the Alarm clock function most every day. More importantly, do you use the snooze function? Snooze or Not to Snooze? Snooze on Apple’s “Clock” app is set to go off every 9 minutes. I don’t use the snooze feature in the morning often. If I need a little more time before getting up, I just set another alarm based on the current time and where I have to be in that morning. Apple’s new event is October 30th at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Howard Gilman Opera House. Screen Time in iOS 12 Some have reported that they are seeing their battery drain faster now that they have updated to iOS 12 software. Have you noticed this? Here’s a tip I read about yesterday.
